Well I voted for Daigotsu. But it looks like he will lose since most idiot ninnies don't know who he is when compared to some Dark Wizard from Yugioh. It will be a sad day.

That is the funniest thing I have heard all week!

I feel for Daigotsu, I really do, considering a friend of mine mistook him for the bad guy from Inuyasha

I've done my part to support the most pious man in Rokugan.

Your Dark Lord appreciates your support and promises pie upon his victory (the pie is also evil)

We're through to round two! Just remember, the Emperor isn't a mage and so doesn't actually legally qualify for your vote. ;)

I'm a Moto, I'm not afraid of anything, gimme that pie! >:)
-chokes- ugh...was that taint?
I'll use my shadowlands lore...oh crap its not working. -falls dead-

(On a more serious note)

I believe that, so long as L5r continues to keep its doors(metaphorically speaking) closed, children, the next generation, will only sparsely, if not vaguely, identify l5r.
Perhaps if there was a world-wide representation of the card game, more people will know about it.
But I'm not a fool, so I know that will take years to develop an idea, man-power, money and whatever resource this community has.

so have they declared daigotsu the winner yet?

he will probably win round two. It's round three that is the big one :)

Damn Skippy. I much prefer playing with young adults and old adults and everything in between. But L5R doesn't need to expand. Although it would be nice, it has a solid playerbase as it is.

The lack of toddlers at tournaments is something that attracted me to L5R to begin with. Its your big brothers card game.
